Welcome to SEEN
A safe and professional space for counselling and psychotherapy - supporting individuals online across Australia and internationally.
About SEEN
SEEN is a counselling and psychotherapy practice grounded in the belief that deep and lasting healing occurs when individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Therapy is offered as a collaborative and relational process, where your experiences are met with respect, care, and thoughtful attention.
At SEEN, counselling is not about labelling or fixing, but about creating a safe and supportive space to explore your inner world. Healing is understood to emerge through presence, compassion, and a therapeutic relationship that honours your unique story and lived experience.
Who is SEEN For?
Therapy works best when there’s a good fit. Below are some of the issues we commonly work with, as well as situations where a different type of support may be more appropriate.
What we CANNOT help with...
Our services are not suitable for situations that require urgent, intensive, or in-person support, including:
Acute or severe mental health crises
High or ongoing suicidal risk
Current or ongoing domestic and family violence
Situations where immediate safety is a concern
Active psychosis or unmanaged psychiatric conditions
Substance dependence requiring specialised treatment
Court-mandated or forensic assessments
In these situations, we encourage seeking immediate or local support services that can provide the level of care required.
